Eric Jones of CPI helps Infusionsoft secure 92,109 SF lease

Infusionsoft, creator of a web-based, all-in-one sales and marketing software for small businesses, has signed a full-building lease at Allred Park Place in Chandler, Ariz.  The 92,109-square-foot two-story office building, located at 1260 S. Spectrum Blvd., broke ground in January 2012, and is scheduled for completion and occupancy later this year.

Mark Krison and Scott German of CBRE’s Phoenix office represented the building owner and developer, San Diego, Calif.-based Douglas Allred Company, in negotiating the lease agreement.  Infusionsoft, based in Gilbert, Ariz., was represented by Eric Jones of Commercial Properties in Tempe, Ariz.  The exact financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

 Infusionsoft, which has nearly 300 employees, anticipates growing its workforce to 1,000 employees during the next three to four years.  To facilitate its rapid business expansion, the company  will relocate from Gilbert to the new building at Allred Park Place, making it its new corporate headquarters.

 Location in the Price Corridor, a burgeoning center of technology and innovation, Allred Park Place has convenient freeway access to the Loops 101 and 202, offering Infusionsoft’s employees an easy commute from virtually anywhere in the Valley.  The development is also in proximity to a wide array of retail and restaurant services located at nearby ChandlerFashionCenter, Chandler Gateway, Chandler Festival Mall and Chandler Pavilions.

Future plans for Allred Park Place include construction of several additional office buildings, which will eventually exceed 1 million square feet.
