Nick Miner, CCIM and Leroy Breinholt of Commercial Properties Incorporated represented the seller, and the property was purchased by Rural Road Associates.

After a successful marketing campaign showcasing the property to commercial real estate investors, the building closed escrow on July 30th, 2012 for $1,850,000.  Laurel Lewis of NAI Horizon represented the buyer.
