This season, Commercial Properties, Inc. (CPI) held their Annual Charity Event called the “Turkey Trot” at their Tempe Headquarters – 2323 W. University Drive, Tempe, Arizona 85281 (just east of the SR-143 on University Drive).

CPI is donating their time and raised funds to help André House of Hospitality, a Section 501(c)(3), to help the homeless during this holiday season.  André House is a ministry to the homeless and poor populations of the Phoenix area. Located in the heart of the Capital Mall District, that makes their services available to hundreds of people in need every day.  They are privately funded by the generosity of many individuals, churches, corporations and other groups.

CPI’s commercial brokers and employees alike sought donation pledges from their clients, friends and family.  CPI matched all funds raised during this campaign and presented over $3,000 dollars to the André House of Hospitality.

Jason Price, Director of Marketing & Research commented, “every day, we see the reality of this unfortunate situation impacting these individuals who have fallen upon hard times in our community and we wanted to do something meaningful to help.  We chose the André House of Hospitality which graciously offers help in the form of serving 700 daily meals, providing showers, clothing, blankets and laundry facilities for the homeless and poor.  With over 10,000 volunteer opportunities per year, we knew our efforts with André House would go to a great cause.”
