Andrew Jaffe is a veteran of over 44 years as an industrial, investment, and commercial real estate specialist. His background includes working with Fortune 500 Companies as well as other large firms, such as Suntech Power Holdings, United Rental, The Federal Bureau of Investigation, the United States Postal Service, the State of Illinois, Sonic Wall, Kindred Health Care and Apria Health Care. Additionally, he has serviced many mid-sized firms and entrepreneurs.

Throughout his career, Andrew has completed over 2,900 transactions in all areas of real estate. To date, the combined total value of his transactions, together with the acquisition and disposition of investment properties for Sun West Life Assurance Company of Canada, Allstate Insurance Company, Travelers Insurance Company and Chase Bank, exceeds $1 billion encompassing over 1,000,000 square feet of property.

Andrew was an active member in the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) for ±18 years. Additionally, he and Commercial Properties Inc., are involved in CORFAC International. CORFAC is a worldwide real estate brokerage network, in which Andrew has taken a leadership role serving as a Board Member and was a member of the Executive Committee.

In 2018 Mr. Jaffe served as the CORFAC International President after serving as a member and supporting several other committees of the organization.

He has received a number of national and international awards, among them, CORFAC’s highest, “The Olen Monsees Award” for his years of continuous service and involvement. Jaffe was also awarded for “Biggest R&D Deal in 2010”, “Largest Office Deal, 2008”, “Highest Number of Transactions” for two consecutive years and “Largest Retail Deal, 2005 and 2016,” and other large deals with National Indoor RV Centers.

Andrew was also selected by the Real Estate Commissioner to serve on the Educational Advisory Board for a third straight term. Past accomplishments include service as President, along with several other executive-level Board positions, for the Association in Industrial Real Estate Brokers. He has also sat on the board of the local SIOR chapter. Andrew continues to serve as an expert witness in litigation cases.

Bob Deininger joined CPI in 2010 and brings with him over 26 years experience in commercial real estate. Throughout his career, Bob has consistently been recognized as a top producing sales agent and an outstanding representative of his clients. He has achieved a high level of success including the completion of over 350 transactions for a value of over $250 million and a annual average sale amount of approximately $50 million.

He has completed over 40 BTS/ Design Build user projects plus 8 ground-up industrial parks; buildings and lot programs and/or office parks with aggregate land consisting of more than 400 acres. His ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment has made him a valuable asset to CPI and his clients alike.

Mr. Deininger earned has Bachelor of Science Degree in Business and Marketing from Metropolitan State College in Denver, Colorado.

He works closely with his clients and offers them the benefit of sophisticated analytical abilities and a commitment to provide high quality and quick responsiveness.

Outside of these endeavors, Bob also served on the Board of Directors for the Flagstaff Alpine Ski Club.

Bob has had multiple years transactional success in commercial real estate, leasing office, industrial, and logistics properties, sales and acquisitions of land and mixed-use buildings within three international commercial real estate brokerage companies and for three Fortune 200 companies. His representation includes an extensive list of clients including local and multi-national companies. Bob brings with him to CPI the knowledge of handling complex government approvals, working on project feasibility analysis, and developing land with government approvals. He has successfully completed several multi-parcel land assemblages resulting in development of flex-office buildings, mixed-use retail/residential, and institutional uses.

Bob’s served as an advisory of investment groups, business property owners, and corporate decision-makers while being a strategic liaison in the national brokerage and economic development communities to help his clients achieve their goals.

Bob earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Real Estate & Development from the University of Wisconsin and his Masters of Arts degree in Urban Planning & Development from the University of Iowa.

Brian’s experience spans over 25 years of business planning, accounting and financial reporting, benefits and human resources, asset and property management, commercial real estate, and information technology. Brian is responsible for managing the financial resources and daily operations of the company, I.T., and directing the human resources of the organization toward a unified pursuit of the company’s mission and vision.

Through a team-oriented collaborative approach with senior management, Brian is focused on formulating and implementing the long-term business strategy of CPI, while improving business processes. Brian is also focused on building a unique corporate culture that is optimistic, fun, and family-oriented. His reliable ethics and integrity has made him an invaluable member of the CPI Management Team.

Prior to joining CPI, Brian held several positions with Cole Investment Advisors and Cole Companies, Inc., locally owned real estate investment, development, and property management companies. His roles included Vice President of Finance, Director of Corporate Finance, and Controller. While there, he was involved in more than 50 real estate entities, over $500 million in transactions, and 3.2 million square feet of retail and office space. Brian has also held the positions of Real Estate Accountant/Representative at the VIAD Corp, Special Projects Controller at the Dial Corp, and Division Controller at OmniFlight/NativeAir.

Brian has a B.S. degree in Finance, with an emphasis in Accounting and Information Technology from Arizona State University.  Brian is married, has lived in the valley for over 35 years, and enjoys traveling and taking part in various motorsports.

Chad Dearmore began his Brokerage career in 2005. Dearmore established himself quickly, by working with developers on ground up construction, from pre-leasing through project stabilization. From there, Chad expanded his skill set to include the leasing of mixed-use properties such as Class A office buildings with retail components, and industrial projects. In 2007, Dearmore broadened his product focus once again to include the sales and leasing of office and office warehouse projects, specializing in the North Phoenix and Scottsdale submarket.

Through his determination, drive and passion, Chad has attracted and successfully assisted many high profile clients throughout the Valley, recently being awarded “Top Commercial Agent in the Southwest Region” by GCI in 2010.

Chad Merwin moved to the Valley in 1993, after serving 4 years in the Marine Corps. He graduated from Arizona State University’s School of Business with a degree in Real Estate in 1996.

After working 3 years at Charles Schwab, Chad began his commercial real estate career in 2000 with EBS & Associates, where he specializes in the Sales and Leasing of Office, Retail & Investment properties.

Some of his clients that have been represented include; United Insurance Company of America, Chela Financial, Klingbeil Capital Management, COFCO Chinese Cultural Center, and Scottsdale Mescal Medical Building.

Outside of these endeavors, Chad enjoys serving on the Paradise Valley Young Life Committee and is involved in raising money for the local Chapter through hosting annual golf tournaments and banquets. He is married and has one son and one daughter.

Cory Breinholt is a Sales & Leasing Associate here at Commercial Properties, focusing mainly on the East Valley Industrial sector. Mr. Breinholt brings a vast amount of sales experience which has proven to be a valuable asset to his clients and CPI alike.

Most recently, Cory served residential clients in Southern California where he was a sales representative for a prominent Pest Control company. He has earned an Associate’s Degree in Business and is currently pursuing his Bachelor’s degree in Small Business & Entrepreneurship from Arizona State University.

>Outside of these endeavors, Cory enjoys spending time with his wife and traveling to historic locations. He is also involved in numerous sports including soccer, softball and flag football. Cory is an Arizona native.

Having completed over 1,500 transactions, Cory Sposi comes to CPI with years of commercial real estate experience in multiple facets. Lease negotiation, site selection, sales, investments, and development. Representing clients ranging from small businesses to multi-billion dollar portfolios.

With a focus on industrial real estate, Cory has helped his clients navigate market shifts and take advantage of opportunities. Leveraging knowledge of submarkets, demand, negotiation, and investment underwriting, he has been integrally involved in successful projects in the Phoenix market. Including design and construction, to lease-up, and successful sales.

Cory earned his Real Estate Business Degree from Arizona State University, W.P. Carey School of Business.

Craig applies 35 years of experience as a CPA and an investor to help other owners and investors maximize their returns, bringing a strong financial and tax perspective to all aspects of commercial real estate ownership. His strengths include sales and leasing, as well as an in-depth knowledge of the development community and the local market. He understands the requirements of both sellers and buyers and has the latest technologies at his fingertips. In 1987, he formed the accounting firm of Cronstrom & Trbovich (currently CliftonLarsonAllen), and spent 17 years as partner in the firm. During that time he was in charge of all aspects of managing the growth and direction of the firm, which had 15 professionals at the time of his sale of the firm in 2004. He has also served on the City of Phoenix, Paradise Valley Village Planning Committee and as a board member of various nonprofit organizations.

Craig’s mission is to provide commercial real estate sales, leasing and investment services to advance the interests of his clients. The foundation of his success is based on hard work and sound research, delivering superior customer service and treating all with honesty and integrity. The importance of continuing education and an extensive network of personal and professional contacts serve as the basis for his long-term success.

Dallan’s wide-ranging commercial business and real estate experience, together with stellar mentors, has resulted in the trust and respect of the savviest commercial real estate investors and sellers. Because he has been on both sides of the commercial real estate industry, his clients know that he understands the goals and structure of a successful transaction and that he continues to be someone that can be counted on to protect and grow their real estate assets. Being the Vice President of the Multi-Family division at Commercial Properties Inc., and an active member of the American Multi-Housing Administration, (AMA), has allowed Dallan to serve the needs and objectives of his clients.

Most people describe Dallan as knowledgeable, astute, energetic, optimistic, and ambitious. He has always been a driven entrepreneur, opening his first business repairing small engines while still in High School, then on to managing his first multi-family project at the age of 21 and taking over his grandfather’s prosperous water distiller business. Under Dallan’s leadership, JB Water has emerged as a thriving Water Treatment and Plumbing company here in the valley with 20x’s the gross volume and still growing. He has served in numerous leadership capacities including the youngest president of the Arizona Water Quality Association.

As a fifth-generation Arizonan, he has been instilled with the desire to be an integral part of making his community better for present and future generations. He has served in numerous leadership capacities including the following:

In addition to faithfully serving in his church, Dallan believes in family and the importance of teaching his children core principles to live by. He loves to take the family on amazing outdoor adventures. One of their favorite places to visit is the back country of Yellowstone National Park. He and his wife live in Mesa Arizona with their 2 boys and 5 girls.

As a highly skilled commercial real estate broker with extensive experience in office, industrial, and retail landlord/tenant representation and investment sales, Dallin Pace, CCIM possess a broad range of technical skills that enable him to provide top-notch service to his clients. Pace’s expertise includes lease negotiation, financial analysis, market research, property valuation, and contract negotiation. Dallin is also proficient in a variety of software and tools, including Crexi, CoStar, LoopNet, CRM software, and Excel. All of which, is used daily to serve the needs of his clients.

As an Arizona native, Dallin holds a deep connection to and is an active member of the local community. In addition to his professional pursuits, Dallin participates in a variety of extracurricular activities, including volunteering for various charitable organizations as well as hiking, traveling with his wife Macy, and playing pickle ball.

Throughout his career, Dallin has successfully helped hundreds of local, regional and national businesses relocate, expand, or “right-size” their operations by providing expert guidance on commercial real estate investment and leasing decisions. Dave Nash began his commercial real estate career in 1994 and joined Commercial Properties in 1995, specifically focusing on Industrial brokerage.

He repeatedly proves to his clients and associates that hard work and dedication do pay off. When asked why he loves his job at CPI, Dave replies, “I like helping clients solve their problems.” Having arrived in Arizona in 1994, Dave has a well versed understanding of the Valley and the commercial real estate industry as a whole. Applying that knowledge and experience has led Dave Nash to be awarded a “Top Producer” award at CPI.

Since he began his commercial real estate career in early 2008, David has continuously proven himself to be a very dedicated and driven Sales and Leasing Agent. David specializes primarily in industrial sales and leasing in the southeast valley. His hard work, integrity, and dedication have proven to be beneficial to his clients success.

David was born and raised in the Southeast Valley and studied Business Management at Arizona State University.

Eric specializes in the sales and leasing of office and medical office properties, as well as land acquisitions, site selection, and build-to-suit projects. Eric began his commercial real estate career in 1999 and is well known and respected throughout the industry.

Butler’s success in commercial real estate comes from carefully listening to his clients’ needs and implementing a customized strategy designed to provide maximum results. Eric has developed long-standing relationships built on trust, and he has established a strong network of repeat customers and welcome referrals. Eric earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Arizona State University. He also obtained his Arizona Real Estate License in 1999, and his Arizona Broker’s License in 2008.

Born and raised in Arizona Eric is a graduate of Arizona State University with a degree in finance. Eric and his wife Kim have been married for 28 years and have six children. Their pride and joy is their family; any free time is spent working family projects together, boating, snow skiing and traveling. Eric has served nineteen years in the Boy Scouts of America as a scout master and District Commissioner, while continuing to serve as an adult leader in his church.

Homer’s Real Estate career started as an investor in 1996 while developing a building for his business. This led to a second building in 2001 and a series of small business real estate consulting projects around the country during the past 9 years. Homer recently made the switch to brokerage and is happy to be with CPI. Homer brings a unique perspective to transactions because of his experience of an investor.

Homer and his wife Julie moved to AZ in 1982. They have operated a small business in the Scottsdale Airpark since 1990.

Homer and Julie have been married for over 29 years. They have two grown children, and three grandchildren who all live in the North Phoenix area.

Jason is a marketing professional possessing over 17 years of experience. Recognized in the commercial real estate industry for outstanding leadership and performance, his comprehension of commercial real estate, media sales, marketing management, data management, graphic design, and presentation graphics, enables him to provide innovative solutions for CPI’s sales team and their clients.

Jason attended Arizona State University where he received a Bachelor’s in Studio Art and Computer Graphics. Jason continued his education at the University of Phoenix, earning his MBA with an emphasis in Marketing.

As a father of four, Jason’s time outside of the office consists of spending time with his family, friends, and volunteering his time in his children’s activities and at his church. He and his wife were both born and raised in Arizona and currently live in Tempe.

Jeff Hays joins Commercial Properties Industrial Brokerage Team bringing 28 years of commercial real estate experience to the firm.

Jeff provides a full service tenant and landlord representation which includes leasing, sales and build-to-suit development. In addition, Jeff works closely with lending institutions in the disposition of distressed assets.

Mr. Hays is a member of the National Association of Industrial Office Properties (NAIOP) and a director with Southwestern Business Finance Corp, a non-profit CDC, which provides businesses with real estate loans.

Jeremy Stout is an established professional and comes with over 17 years of real estate and finance experience. His expertise in sales, strategic marketing, and industry analysis, make him a keystone within the organization. Over the years, he has achieved high ranks, receiving awards as Top Producer, Leaders Club and National Newcomer of the year.

Complimenting his impressive background, Jeremy is well rehearsed in ensuring client relationships flourish and grow. Jim has been actively involved in the greater Phoenix metropolitan real estate market since 1982. Specializing in industrial properties for over 30 years, Jim focuses his efforts on owner/user buildings, ranging in size from approximately 5,000 to 30,000 square feet.

Jim has completed hundreds of building sales and lease transaction over his career, including numerous build-to-suit projects and vacant land sales. He has an extensive background in developing free-standing industrial buildings from initial conception through final completion.

Jim, a graduate of University of Arizona, is a consummate professional and has been recognized as a Top Producer in the Southeast Valley industrial real estate market.

Jodette Wilmot is a seasoned Asset Management professional who has been actively involved in multi-family, hotel and commercial property management for over 20 years. Having held various management and director titles, she has overseen large and diverse project portfolios in Arizona, Nevada, Florida and Ohio. She played an instrumental role in the sale, acquisition and due diligence processes for several multi-million dollar real estate transactions and has also worked with the leasing and marketing of residential and commercial real estate.

Her operations management responsibilities include preventative maintenance review and implementation, risk management, environmental and safety compliance, contract development, vendor management and project oversight. Fiscal responsibilities include strategic planning, budgetary development and administration, financial reporting and consulting.

Jodette specializes in the management of commercial office condominium associations. She has aided in the formation and revision of association documents, has created 10-year capital improvement plans and implemented 30-year reserve studies. Having overseen capital improvement projects in excess of $500,000, she is well-versed in construction oversight and cost-effective construction solutions. She has also guided condominium owners with construction defect claims.

Jodette is well-known for her detailed and proactive approach to management, treating each asset as if it were her own. Her strong troubleshooting abilities enable her to identify inventive and resourceful solutions. Her diverse clients appreciate her quick response to requests and the high level of service she provides.

A CPM^® with IREM^®, Jodette holds a 3-year Honors Certificate Degree in Interior Design and has an Associate Degree in General Studies and Liberal Arts. She has held an active Arizona Real Estate License since 2005.

John has over 30 years of commercial real estate and industrial/office market experience. John’s aggressive cold calling and focus within the Central Phoenix, Sky Harbor and Southeast Valley submarkets have earned him CoStar’s Power Broker awards. Additionally, John has been designated as a Top 10 Producer in 2006, 2008 and 2009 while he was with Colliers International. Continued dedication to his clients has earned John the Top Producer Award at CPI in 2011 and 2013.

SIOR has certified John with the prestigious SIOR designation, a professional symbol of the highest level of knowledge, production, and ethics in the real estate industry. Real estate professionals who have earned the SIOR designation are recognized by corporate real estate executives, commercial real estate brokers, agents, lenders, and other real estate professionals as the most capable and experienced brokerage practitioners in any market.

Prior to commercial real estate brokerage, John spent 3-years in the U.S. Navy serving on board both the U.S.S. Henry B. Wilson (DDG-7) and U.S.S. Halsey (CG-23), plus serving an additional 3-years in the active reserves.

John has been in the commercial real estate industry for over 40 years. Since 1998, Hart has been with CPI where he specializes in Industrial, Land and Investment sales and leasing. Over the years John has developed significant long term relationships in the Phoenix Metro Area that prove to be beneficial to his clients.

John’s ethics, experience and approach-ability make him an admired and well respected sales agent who is known in the industry for being energetic and upbeat. John is dedicated to utilizing his market knowledge to the benefit of his clients; making him an invaluable member of the CPI team.

Originally from Milwaukee, John and his family have lived in the valley for over 35 years.

John graduated from the University of Maryland, College Park, with a Bachelor of Arts in American Studies in December 2000. After graduation, John worked with The Demetrious Group in Hempstead New York for two years managing Life, Accident and Health insurance.

John then moved to Arizona where he worked with Ross Brown Partners for four years where he sold and leased over 500,000 SF of property in the Valley.

Keith made his move to Commercial Real Estate 2009 with CPI and has remained at the company ever since. Keith has been rated as one of the highest producing leasing agent in the north phoenix market since 2010 and over doubled the next closes agent in 2014 (according to CO-Star). While Keith does a majority of his work in the North Phoenix industrial market he also has properties as far east as Mesa and as far west as Avondale. Keith has increased his listing profile to include over a half million sf of industrial space, retail, and office.

Kelli has been with Commercial Properties, Inc. in Sales and Leasing since 2011. With over 7 years of experience in administrative services, she then joined CPI’s Brokerage Team in 2018.

Focusing primarily in industrial sales and leasing in the East Valley, her hard work and attention to detail has proven invaluable to her clients and CPI alike.

Kelli attended Arizona State University where she graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Arts in 2010. She lives in Gilbert with her husband and three boys.

Ken Elmer has 35 years experience in the Phoenix Metropolitan Commercial Real Estate market. He has sold over $725 million dollars of commercial real estate and completed a multitude of lease transactions. Ken was one of the three founding members of EBS & Associates (“EBS”), a commercial real estate firm from December 1999 until its merger with Commercial Properties, Inc., (“CPI”) in October 2009.

Ken’s personal philosophy is simple – work hard and efficient, understand the transaction, maintain integrity and ethical standards at all times and treat all parties with utmost respect.

Ken’s knowledge and experience are extensive, and a partial list of his accomplishments follows:

As a member of CORFAC International, Kyle is able to assist clients with commercial real estate needs on a National level and is an active member of ICSC (International Council of Shopping Centers). Kyle attends multiple ICSC events every year including the annual RECon event in Las Vegas where over 30,000 owners and investors gather for networking, deal-making, and professional development.

Kyle received his Bachelor’s degree from BYU—Idaho in Business Management, with a Major in Finance and Minor in Entrepreneurism. Kyle is also a 2022 CREXi Platinum Broker Award recipient

Langdon Bridges has been fortunate to work with some of the best and brightest individuals and companies helping them fulfill their commercial real estate needs during his tenure in the industry. Langdon’s work ethic, attention to detail, and uncanny ability to network have proven to be great assets in helping his clients achieve their commercial real estate goals. Langdon prides himself on his knowledge of local markets and tenacity in closing deals. He has been involved in commercial real estate since 2006 and has been successful in Industrial, Retail, and Office sales & leasing in the Phoenix Metro area. Langdon has successfully negotiated and closed over 3 million square feet of Office, Industrial, Land & Retail transactions resulting in near a quarter of a billion dollars in closed deals.

A 40 year resident of Arizona, Langdon currently resides with his family as a 35 year resident of the town of Gilbert. He maintains that the results of his successes in business and life are due to hard work, smart work, great relationships, and a positive attitude.

Mr. Bridges is a Graduate of the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University with a degree in Business Administration.

Leroy has 35 years of commercial real estate and industrial market experience. During his tenure as CEO and Associate Designated Broker of Commercial Properties Inc. he has repeatedly been recognized as a top producing broker in the Valley, established an aggressive standard of performance for his team and structured continuous growth of the company through various market conditions.

For the last fourteen years Leroy has been named by CoStar as one of the top Phoenix deal makers. While Commercial Properties continues to grow under Leroy’s direction, his focus is on the market changes and growth that lie ahead. His humble approach to each day has inspired continuous improvement and a high level of excitement within the organization.

As an Arizona native, Leroy takes pride in his home state. He applies the same principles of integrity, hard work, stewardship, service and humility to Commercial Properties Inc. as he does with his family, community, and church.

Lisa Hamilton came to CPI from EBS and Associates in 2009 and brings with her over 19 years of commercial real estate experience. Lisa works closely with Management, Agents and Clients alike to ensure that the Scottsdale branch of CPI runs smoothly and efficiently. As Office Administrator, Lisa is not only tasked with the day to day operations of the Scottsdale office, but she also works closely with the Tempe office to ensure accurate information and documentation is communicated between the two. Lisa’s attention to detail and her commitment to excellence have proven to be a valuable asset to CPI and our clients alike.

Previously, Lisa was the Acquisition/Disposition Coordinator for EBS and Associates from 2002 to 2009. Lisa has an active Arizona Real Estate License.

Matt Zaccardi is an established professional with experience in Buyer, Tenant, and Landlord representation in the Phoenix Metropolitan Area. Prior to joining Commercial Properties Inc. in 2012, Zaccardi successfully oversaw the sales and leasing of office and industrial portfolios exceeding 265,000 square feet. He was an integral part of the team that earned industry recognition for the 2007 NAIOP “Spec Office of the Year” award. He has been very active in representing bank owned properties for the last several years. Most recently, Zaccardi closed a 20,560 square foot property for a local bank.

Matt’s expertise and attention to detail are invaluable to his clients and to the company. His areas of specialization include Office, Medical/Dental, and Industrial properties. Over the course of his career, Zaccardi has been a top producer year over year.

Matt earned his Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Brigham Young University. He is a proud member of SEVRAR, Queen Creek Chamber of Commerce, and frequently attends Mesa Rotary.

Outside of his endeavors at work, Zaccardi enjoys spending time with his wife and three children who live in Gilbert. Matt also enjoys mountain biking, and is an active member of his church and community.

Michael has been in the commercial industrial real estate business since 1998 and specializes in the freestanding single-occupant and multi-tenant industrial buildings for sale or lease throughout the Southeast valley and Deer Valley submarkets. He joined CPI in 2009 and previously was with Cushman & Wakefield and the Trammell Crow Company.

He has repeatedly proven himself to be a very motivated team player, establishing a noted client list and showing his ability to be a strong closer. His ability to figure out strategic ways to make deals come to fruition has proven to be a valuable asset through the years.

Michael has represented numerous corporations on lease, built-to-suit, land and building sale transactions including American Sheetmetal Inc., Walters & Wolf Construction, Wilson Properties, LGE Design Build, RREFF, Clarion Partners and LBA Realty.

Michael is a graduate from the University of Arizona with a Bachelor of Science degree in Regional Development and is a member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP).

Phill Tomlinson is a Commercial Real Estate Broker with Commercial Properties, Inc. and owner of the Leveraged CRE Investment Team working out of the Scottsdale Office. Phill has over 22 years of experience and specializes in investments, sales, and leasing in retail, office, and industrial space. He has worked hard to advance his knowledge and has obtained an Associate Broker’s License. He has established an aggressive standard of performance for his team to reach continuous growth through various market conditions. His hard work, integrity, and dedication have proven to be beneficial to his client’s success.

Phill is also active in professional organizations, including CORFAC International (a worldwide real estate brokerage network), in which Phill has taken a leadership role in multiple committees including their Technology Committee, and has been a featured speaker at many of their conferences.

As a Commercial Real Estate Professional, Rex Griswold specializes in the sale and leasing of Industrial, Land, and Office properties, automotive, RV, and airport facilities. Having owned and sold his own successful business and currently being the landlord of a commercial building, he is able to understand both sides of a transaction and brings an unique business perspective to any negotiation. Having been elected to the Mesa City Council for two terms as well as his business experience, allows Rex Griswold to share his municipal expertise, zoning knowledge, leadership, and experience both from the public and private sectors with clients.

Rex Griswold is a graduate of Cornell University with a Degree in Business Management, holds a current Commercial Real Estate License, as well as being married for 48 years, and has 3 grown daughters.

Giving back to the community is also important to Rex Griswold. He has served as President of his Rotary, volunteered in teaching business classes for Junior Achievement for over 15 years, was a State Board Member for the Arizona Restaurant Association and was a member of the Falcon Field Alliance.

Toby has been involved in commercial real estate in the Phoenix area since 2002 and is a native Phoenician with strong market knowledge that his clients and fellow agents find extremely helpful.

Toby has represented such properties as Arizona Ice Man, Grand Used Auto Parts, Hilton Financial Services, Cactus Candy Co., Asia Pacific Traders, Odyssey Homes, JLP Construction Mgmt and All Custom Cabinetry (2002-2007).

Over the past six years, Toby has been involved in over $30 million in lease/sales transactions.

Trent Rustan has over 20 years of real estate industry experience specializing in the acquisition and sales of commercial property for real estate investment companies and developers. Trent is an expert in retail and office transactions and has successfully negotiated over $500 million of acquisition, disposition and leasing deals throughout Metropolitan Phoenix and the United States.

Trent is a recognized expert in the Maricopa submarket and represents many tenant, landowners, and other investors in that area. In addition, Trent is a member of the Maricopa Chamber of Commerce and serves as the Chairman of the Government Affairs subcommittee on Sustainable Growth and Development.

Trent received his Bachelors Degree in Business Administration from the University of Arizona with majors in both Finance and Real Estate and was awarded an undergraduate research fellowship to study the impact of Resolution Trust Disposition policies on local real estate values. When he is not transacting real estate, Trent likes to fish and travel to exotic islands.

Trent joined Commercial Properties, Inc. in 2010.

During Tyson’s 25-year tenure at Commercial Properties Inc., he has repeatedly been recognized as a top-producing broker in the Valley. He is the driving force behind the highly successful sales & leasing division of Commercial Properties Inc.

Tyson’s team consisting of Shane McCormick, Theresa Warber, Ryan Edwards, and Gina Beccaria has helped Tyson stay focused on achieving success and staying motivated. Noting the importance of teamwork, Tyson remarked, “I believe that if you want to be successful, you need to surround yourself with highly motivated and performing team members. I have been so fortunate to be surrounded by some of the best team members, which has accelerated my growth and potential.”

He graduated from Arizona State University and began his commercial real estate career in marketing; a career choice that led him to then become a sales agent, broker, and eventually President and Designated Broker of Commercial Properties Inc. His leadership has proven to be invaluable to Commercial Properties Inc., while his dedication, hard work, and commitment to excellence continue to strengthen the company and most importantly, his clients.
